Sex education is taught mainly in the Welsh Baccalaureate lessons and during cross-curricular weeks though other departments deal with the subject in various themes. The Science Department deals with the subject from a scientific point of view while the Welsh Baccalaureate lessons give students the opportunity to discuss. Outside agencies are also timetabled to deliver specialised lessons to KS4 pupils.
