There are well established staff teams within the school that support pupil welfare. Their work is supported by an educational welfare officer; an active school council and other external agencies.
We strive to develop young people that are resilient and robust human beings, who are able to succeed with the demands placed upon them as they grow into adulthood. We aim to carefully nurture our pupils whilst ensuring equality and respect is practised at all times. Our students are encouraged to share their concerns and we endeavour to work with them to overcome any barriers they have to learning.
